How much do you charge for lessons?
Depends upon sport and time we will charge for lessons

How do I start learning?
To start learning with Coaches, follow these simple steps: Pick your username and create a free account. Find a coach. You can do this by searching for a keyword e.g. "Tennis" or browsing through categories. Schedule a lesson. Check the schedule of the coach you have selected and sent a "request for lesson" message. In it, you will specify the date, time and conditions for the lesson. Check the price offered by the coach and book the lesson.

How do I pay for a lesson?
You can pay for a lesson at the time of booking or top up your balance earlier and the book a lesson. You always pay in advance, but a coach can withdraw money only after a lesson is finished. Of sport, if your coach doesn't show up for a lesson, you won't be charged.

How can I talk to my coach/players?
You can simply send a private message from your GoCoach inbox. Coaches and players will be informed as soon as a new message received. All the messages sent between coach and player will be available in the inbox.

What if the time slot that I want is not available?
Message coach to request a personalized time slot (on the right side of the coach profile) or you may choose other coaches.

Can I cancel my booking?
You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session
If cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, no refund is allowed, however, we allow for rescheduling of the session.
